Q: What documents do I need to rent a car?

You will need: (1) A valid driver's license held for at least 1 year, (2) A valid ID card or passport, (3) A credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit. International renters may also need an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.

Q: Can someone else drive the car?

Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental contract. The first additional driver is included free of charge. All additional drivers must meet the same age and license requirements and must be present during vehicle pickup to be added to the contract.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation directly through our website by selecting your pickup location, dates, and preferred vehicle. Simply fill in your details and we'll confirm your booking via email. You can also call us at +40 758 170 315.

Q: What is your fuel policy?

We operate a 'Full to Full' fuel policy. You'll receive the vehicle with a full tank and should return it full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you'll be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee. We recommend refueling within 10km of the return location.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation anytime free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your booking.

Q: Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No, all our vehicles are non-smoking. Smoking in the vehicle will result in a cleaning fee of 200-500 RON depending on the extent of odor and ash residue. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our vehicles clean for all customers.
